Hi I have a MaxiSys MY908, I am trying to update it. The website shows this

MaxiSYSEdit Device Info
Serial Number: Registration Date: 02/04/2016
Active Software Period: 02/04/2016 - 02/04/2017 Update Available
Warranty Period : 06/17/2014 - 09/17/2015

I am not receiving updates and cannot get them from the website. Please help with instructions

I got the same thing here for the money we pay for this equiptment the service should be alot better with out attitude when calling customer support .
